the parking lot

didn't feel safe parking in back of hotel so we parked out

the staff is very helpful very friendly and they even have a place to do laundry and snack machines

we chatted about my pet

plus there are no signs posted saying there is a time limit on laundry

the bed was very comfortable. cleaning staff was very accommodating. pet policy was great.

night stand outlets weren t plugged in, the tv had 1 channel, the spa tub was disgusting mold growing in and

wifi doesn't work

very clean organized accommodating and the pool is open indoor

friendly staff and pet friendly

pool was small and crowded with kids, maybe an adult hour before the pool closes would be nice

the breakfast and evening snacks exceeded our expectations

was a lot of very loud kids. always a crowd waiting on the elevator

breakfast was great. parking is fine. only issue we had was looked after by a manager alex.

then after we called ahead that morning for early check in, he said nope there was no early check in

walkway from parking to entrance needs repair, it is very uneven

parking isn't real secure and the main entrance to the building is unsightly, the floor is sticky

parking situation confusing

i ended up driving to the miami valley casino and sleeping in the parking lot in my car until i could find

location is in a very bad part of town, parking is in a very questionable area, and there were homeless people

the heated pool

pool was closed. but understandable due to covid.

there was some kind of kids baseball tournament so the pool was filled with kids the whole time we were there

was efficient on a smart phone ,room was clean and ready breakfast was excellant

were a lot of kids there for a tournament and it made the breakfast area crazy so having one woman trying to do

they blamed us for smoking when none of us smoked at all

it s not fair to these motels that they can t serve some type of breakfast

had no breakfast when they advertised it

for king room on first floor non smoking

laundry onsite at a reasonable price and front desk always stocked with quarters

were cigarette butts and ashes in the kitchenette sink and long hairs entangled in the bath towels

apparently the staff has no vacumes for they were sweeping carpet with brooms and not very well

the sink in the kitchenette was dirty and clogged

i did not stay at location due to pet dander in carpet allergies

pet friendly and staff are helpful

and front desk clerk locking me out my room and we didn t stay 2 nights was only 1 day in and wifi sucked so

said he did not receive my email asking for a first floor room (due to my recent knee injury/my pet)

vanity area had no lights. the wifi wasn't secure. my phone said major problem if i used it.

comfy bed. clean room. no pet fee. microwave and fridge worked great.

i liked that there was a pool and the tv had good channels.

warmer pool room and a variety of hot food for breakfast

breakfast was what i expected for the price i liked everything it was clean the staff was great

and tables, chairs where clearly someone at some point and time did damage to the room or their pet and they

laundry facilities but no place to purchase detergent

the location was great not to far from king’s island and they gave us a different room due to a late check

area literally at every door and when arriving i had to walk through smokers and then after parking the same

nice parking lot, easy access from the interstate

breakfast, parking, dinner, and drinks included made for a very relaxing stay

we were greeted when we arrived by a helpful manager who not only allowed us early check in, but also gave us

by the interstate with a lot of traffic, but getting into and out of the parking lot wasn't hampered by that

they had a parking space right out front for me, a lovely wine bar, and there were plenty of great places

nice stock of breakfast supplies and close to almost everything worth visiting in dayton

it had the kitchen stocked with some snacks and breakfast items

parking was convenient

breakfast options were very plentiful covering most, if not all, dietary guidelines
