week and seen no bugs not even a ant or spider in the room we loved our stay and will stay again parking was

have a little sand area next to the pool that could use some chairs and umbrellas to sit and look at the sound

parking was a bit tight but found a spot.

the hotel staff seemed annoyed when i asked to confirm the wifi password which never worked.

the front desk staff was very nice and were able to accommodate us for early check in.

the kids had a great time at ft walton, destin, and navarre beaches

it was a pet friendly morel, all guest followed the rules that pertained to pets

there was not enough parking near our room due to construction stuff

room smelled really bad the carpet was very dirty and a lot people smoking outside and when we opened the door

for some reason a bunch of bikers were having a grill out/ party in the parking lot right by our room and

there were cigarette ashes in a non-smoking room, sheets were filty with brown streaks on it

the room was clean and we had no problems with parking

a good of baseball players there being way too loud, kids running around and they took over the pool

loved that this hotel offered free hot breakfast, free parking and free wifi just as advertised

to do laundry and it was 8 dollars to wash and 8 dollars to dry

i checked in , we had to park in an extra tight parking space

there is no real parking space for anything larger then a compact or midsize car

ice machine was broken on our floor, the common spaces were dirty and staff were folding laundry in the dining

we also must mention, we travel with 3 pets and the $25 per pet fee is completely acceptable to us

from the location the staff, to the beautiful view from the pool

also, the shuttle to the beach was always late
