great staff and pool/spa area

hits a homerun everytime, from the size of the casita to the beautiful pools to the exceptional gym and everyone is so nice and helpful

love that i can get vip deals, as a traveling teacher who often deals with long drives, the full kitchen, hot tub, bbq and quiet, on a small budget

nice to have a full kitchen and very comfortable beds

i love the villas, complementary laundry, pool

connivence of being able to cook my own meals, do my laundry and enjoy the patio outdoors was a nice bonus while being on a difficult long trip dealing

everything else was wonderful and kitchen items were ample

we brought some food up from ramona and the full size fridge in the kitchen made for convenient eating

power went out but not their fault. pool and hot tub closed too early.

we got a noise complaint while our kids were in the bath (in room less than 10 minutes) before 9pm

bed and breakfast.

the gym was okay though i didn't get to use it

also, there was a young girls' softball team staying at the hotel, with kids running around screaming for 2 straight days

breakfast isn't served until 6:00 am, but that's the time a lot of us have leave for work

smelled like cigarettes, there were people smoking crack and weed in the parking lot, music blasting and it was overall very

water went on forever, room was good size, strong wifi, cable tv, close to restaurants and friendly staff

pool is gross and not usable

no printing laundry or tea kettles

there was no water in the jacuzzi and the pool was dirty

rooms, free wi-fi, pleasant staff, on site laundry facilities and restaurants in walking distance

breakfast was excellent with many choices available

breakfast could have been better and pool was always too freezing to go in.

the pool was opened until 10 pm and was very clean. the room has a beautiful view.

it had parking?

spacious, my bed was comfortable, it had a fridge and microwave, and i was always able to find parking, even late at night

easy access, clean even the parking lot was spotless.

were people that obviously lived there and i always saw a colorful cast of characters in the parking lot

parking was well lighted and secure

pool did not have a hot tub

the wording when we booked sounded like the pool was open but it

staff was pleasant and nice,also had a swimming pool outside and only 25-30min downtown san diego,loved the stay for the amount of money

loved the pool (though quite small) on a very hot day! staff was polite and helpful!

place was very clean and comfy. pool clean. breakfast was okay.

room service came by and cleaned the room we stayed in.

needs better soundproofing between rooms. right by highway so pool not really usable

night from the cars on the street and not much close by as far as restaurants and stores, also no pool hot tub or anything other then your room to sleep in
