there was an outdoor pool i didn't have time to use but it's nice that it was available

the lovely lady who served us while we stayed there ran up to the parking lot with cold water bottles for us

the pool and children s play area were not really usable.

the outdoor pool was great!

the motel was in a convenient spot in granby. it was roomy with easy parking.

i also liked how parking is in front of your door

family room is so awesome because it has this super cool bunk bed that my kids absolutely love

it was unfortunate that the hotel was undergoing renovations so we couldn't use the pool.

the pool was nice and the room was nice.

the breakfast room was lovely, and the breakfast was very good. self service. as well, the

breakfast underwhelming. coffee and toast.

look with modern amenities, rooftop terrace, outdoor hot tub (freshly cleaned), and continental breakfast

liked that a hot breakfast was included in the price, and the ability to make coffee / tea anytime in the living

was expecting room service, like someone to make the bed and fix the room, but i did not have that

wanted to order room service from our room and both hotel restaurants said they had no more room for clients or

close to the zoo, nice outdoor space and nice to have a balcony after kids went to bed.

fact that there is no in room refrigerator makes it difficult with kids

also the wifi did not work for us and did report it to lady receptionist she could not care less

plenty of car parking and a pizza restaurant next door too

miss the direct doors to outside fir a pet

the location was perfect for our reason for being in granby. plenty of parking available.

also wonderful experience of outdoor spa pool and indoor swimming pool when outside was minus 20 degrees

we had a large quiet room overlooking the pool and back lawn

to breakfast each morning staff were pleasant and helpful room was super as was the out door pool

beds, fluffy pillows, nice shower head and the breakfast bar had healthy options

location and parking was very convenient

gym / fitness facility very poor

smile a bit would have been much more welcoming if the wood fireplace was lit up

enough parking, some rooms are still with carpet and my friends who got those rooms were not happy

lots of kids and they were very noisy especially in the pool with lots of echo

wifi was decent, no password required

breakfast was good and our kids enjoyed the pool and spa
