wifi wasn't working, staff recommended that i call tech support, resolution (which took over two

the biggest perk was the giant pool for our kids to enjoy

hotel, trash pickup around property , no ice in machines, customers openly smoking marijuana in parking lot,

fantastic staff!!!! nice hotel with a very good breakfast.

jill was super sweet to my our kids

booked non-smoking

i booked 2 non-smoking rooms, but we were given two smoking rooms, so i had to return to the office and get them

someone is loudly working on their car in the parking lot

they have a full size fridge and freezer! plenty of space in the rooms and laundry matt on site.

great breakfast ! friendly staff , very comfortable and clean room.

also mcdonald s was right across the parking lot for the kids

the pool was too warm.

you come with a pet, there's a nice residential neighborhood right out of the parking lot

able to have my pet

hardly functional laundry room

we taped the gap to avoid light from the parking lot

very clean, modern, pets welcome and located in an area that felt safe.

great breakfast and location (close to a lot of shops, grocery stores and restaurants)

pool is too small

my husband utilized the gym, and he enjoyed it

there were unsupervised kids in the room next to us, and they were very loud .

at the right price the clientele was very nice i staf very clean and when in a room you have the kitchen and

was friendly, facilities were clean, good location close to food/entertainment, adequate parking

i know that i had a kitchenette in my room, but no utensils or pans

brand new property, very clean, big rooms, full kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and nice view.

parking lot was often crowded, but not all their fault due to work being done on the main road and

three people with laundry for one person

the parking lot on the west side of the building was very compact and hardly enough room to turn around

the price is great and having smoking rooms

very quiet, laundry facilities work well, great lil breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful

nice continital breakfast.

i wish i would have had an option for a quick breakfast to go since i was gone before the hot breakfast opened

the pool and breakfast was very good

parking

breakfast options were sufficient and the food was good quality

room very clean. great breakfast.

sheets were dirty with brown specks like bug dirt on them, fridge was full of mold, wifi didn t work, tv signal

smoking room when requested non smoking

wifi

close to freeway. good wifi and tv.

i was asked to use the snow shovel from my car to help dig others out after they played about the parking lot

spa tub worked. set up good and refrigerator worked. tv worked.

smoking rooms where more cleaner i believe that as a large building it's a little understaffed can

did not state while booking that you have to pay additional fees everyday for your pet

pet friendly

friendliness of staff, cleanliness, free parking/breakfast.

that's huge with kids

the kickback and breakfast were a huge selling point if you have teenage boys

breakfast was good

pool looked nice, aside from the 30 10yr olds in there that i could literally hear while in my room

breakfast was good.

pool and hot tub or whirlpool needs better cleaning..

fitness area was extremely small, cramped and outdated

breakfast pretty bad

the breakfast wasn't much to speak of, but we were fine with it

ud83dude00 the oporto room consists of a bath, kitchen, and comfortable bedroom

the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for a good breakfast.

it had the kitchen stocked with some snacks and breakfast items

continental breakfast had good food options and great coffee

hotel is pet friendly

they accept pets for free

all are safe some of the pool fence blew down but they're taking care of that now but everybody's safe and

to be updated , smelt of smoke in a no smoking room

pool was filled in with dirt.

cooler than 69 even with thermostat set at 65 , no flavored creamer for coffee in the morning, breakfast was

the morning breakfast was always a variety of food and goodies

breakfast could have had more options

parking

the breakfast was good and location convenient

were no eggs to be extra fluffy but as always the pet friendly rooms at no additional charge is always a strong

nice location and has good parking for a truck and trailer. only if it's not too busy

staff very friendly and accommodating. east check in process. ample parking

the bed was kinda hard. parking wasn't great. heater was noisy .

some kids threw a party all night long didn't get any rest or sleep it was horrible

attached bar and grill. food was good, prices reasonable. bar staff friendly.

none of it the restaurant was good bar was cheap

there was ample parking and it was clean.

parking lot had a lot of loafers.

there's no kitchenette when it says there's a kitchen when you reserve the

for king room on first floor non smoking

even tho we requested a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes throughout the hotel.

had no breakfast when they advertised it

just continental breakfast

a.c. and pet friendly

i did not stay at location due to pet dander in carpet allergies

the sink in the kitchenette was dirty and clogged

apparently the staff has no vacumes for they were sweeping carpet with brooms and not very well

stove and kitchen

peaceful and pet friendly

bath was high quality, several options to choose from on the breakfast buffet, connecting to wifi was easy and

were a lot of kids there for a tournament and it made the breakfast area crazy so having one woman trying to do

my teenage kids and i kept waking up every time, and when we turned it off completely, the room became too

was nice to stay somewhere they serve a hot and fresh breakfast during covid.

however we were getting on an elevator with lady and 2 kids and they said she complained about the pool and

wifi was marginal

laundry service

pet friendly and staff are helpful

and front desk clerk locking me out my room and we didn t stay 2 nights was only 1 day in and wifi sucked so

comfy bed. clean room. no pet fee. microwave and fridge worked great.
