the pool in back of rooms is nice

were no dishes, pots and pans or utensils in the kitchen

pool was closed for safety reasons the entire stay

the duplex was nicely renovated and had everything we needed for the kitchen

parking situation is a nightmare

the beach club is stunning and the shuttle bus perfect.

out of 4 breakfast room service was very late without a call back to room-breakfast in main dining room for 10

had broken all light in the rooms ,no glasses to be use in kitchen or cups or plates

like the drink vouchers for the reception or gym amenties

there is a kitchenette but no glasses even when we asked for them they didn t want to provide

location and very good breakfast

no room service in 5 days! even after requesting the services, no one came to clean the room.
