modern hotel. excellent food in restaurant. band playing in the bar. pool/sauna suite.

even though we were late to arrive, they happily made us a sandwich which was ordered from the bar at 10:30pm

added to that, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good sized tv and wifi

the room service we got for breakfast was great

disabled parking, by the time we got there the few spaces near the door were full, which meant an uphill

bar food excellent and evening atmosphere fantastic

will def be bac and maybe with the kids next time

breakfast room was perhaps a little understaffed so there was a bit of a wait...

in center of town had good parking which i find is a plus food was lovely but a bit pricey the breakfast was included in our stay and was very tasty

we ate in the hotel that evening and the food, staff and service was excellent and also the breakfast the next morning

the spa was good and temperature of the pool was nice

pool/gym/spa not open until 9am on saturday. signage on stairwells somewhat confusing.

when i went to the bar one evening, i was asked if i would like a drink by a member of staff who then walked off

at rue and kirk welcomed us and seated is at our table in the bar, decided to stay here based on friendliness of staff, was welcomed by kirk again at check in

unfortunately the sports bar was undergoing renovations during my visit, but good to see there is constant improvement going

all the staff we came across were polite and helpful, and the restaurant and bar areas are both stunning, as was our room

maybe the bar staff they were a bit preoccupied when i asked for a drink

say we disliked anything, just found the seating area at the bar a bit small, mostly had to stand but still had a fab night

kids climbing over seats and staff not intervene

thought the drinks prices in the bar were very expensive

happened in an emergency scenario, last straw nobody answered my phone calls as no access to the wifi no worth the prices charged versus services

the room had a bunk bed for the kids
