to flood the bathroom every time we use the shower and have had to resort to building a dam with pool towels to contain the water

saturday night, there was a big event next door and i think some of those attendees took up parking spots at the hotel

no phones, wifi, or other amenities provided

the clerk gave me the wrong wifi password and argued with me about it until i handed her my phone to prove it to her and she

wifi reception was lower in the back rooms whitch we were at.

the only thing that looked decent was the television, that along with wifi didn't work

noisy rooms and dangerous icy sidewalks and parking wasn't plowed and couldn't get in and out.

the shuttle service to and from the hotel was great

the omelet cooks for breakfast were a real treat

had a toddler and the breakfast chef was very accomadating and engaged in light conversation with him

the gym was really nice for a hotel gym

had to get to the airport at 6:30 am, the shuttle does not run until 7 am

allowed early check in

my only issue was with the front desk and laundry that had to be done

fitness room could’ve been bigger (although you’re able to use a nicer gym, w/ a guest pass, a
