due to covid and air quality restrictions, no pool and breakfast is limited/pick up only.

loved that we could order a lite supper and a bar item for dinner in our room

i wish they could of started breakfast earlier

all the dining options, including the free breakfast were outstanding

fitness center was out of order

when i clearly said early check in

and would not allow for an early check in even if it’s 30 or 10 mins before check in time unless you pay 80 which is higher

swimming pool was not working at this time

the pool was freezing and there was no soap in the rooms.

had to buy shampoo from the vending machine and the pool was cold.

i had to go to all three floors to finally find somebody who was actually doing laundry and clean towels from her

woman in the morning gave us a late check out, think her name was michelle

back door is only and it. it very odd because the pool is there too.

totally fabulous from staff accommodating our wedding flowers , early check in to atmosphere everywhere

after 9pm no bar or room service was available in the hotel during the week, as there were no other bars open

no swimming pool and full service spa facilities.

we were there on a sunday the restaurant and spa were closed

we had a full kitchen and right off the pool ot was great

the price is too expensive for what they offer, the pool was dirty.

they allowed us to check in 3 hours early. there was a hot breakfast.

to dig around for condiments at the end of the breakfast open time but other than that we loved it

the staff were very helpful and polite, the beds were cozy and the continental breakfast was a nice touch

covid 19 reducing their breakfast selections.

we did not take advantage of the breakfast so i can't judge the breakfast offered

if they can provide options for two queen beds plus kitchen, it would be better

plentiful parking spaces and the use of the gym next door was

clean and modern. good breakfast and friendly staff

the beds were comfortable and the rooms were big enough to let my kids run around

there were laundry machines available which is a great bonus

it was noisy with kids in the room above me

dont ever stay on the bottom floor especially near the pool
