plenty of parking

i stayed during some snowfall days, and parking lot was always well plowed

no parking issues

the room was very clean which was great and the parking area was clean and spacious

it was great that there were more activities other than swimming to keep the kids entertained

big spa pool in the townhouse for use

single complaint is there was a massive shipping container in the parking lot at our unit which made getting in

there's a nice pool, decent gym area, and a lots of sports equipment

also, the full kitchen helps a lot for a family stay since the town doesn't have a lot of food restaurants to

wifi worked but the speed was only 5 mbps.

liked the fact that the room we got had a separate room for the kids

wifi wasn't working, no phone in room, tub drain was plugged, small bathroom, not clean

the outside of the cottages are old, the driveway feels like a lumber road, and the pool is a hole in the ground

we appreciated our space as well as the kitchen to do some homey meals

i was given a free breakfast for 2 & snack, drink by front desk clerk from puerto rico

no wifi in the room and even after letting the front desk know, they did not help

we didn't have to worry about driving our car around town and finding a parking space

specious rooms, clean, quality towels, complimentary laundry and shuttle to centre

free shuttle service to bar harbor locations was very convenient

the shuttle driver was fantastic

the shuttle service they offered made visiting the harbor so much easier

internet was weak. my kids were streaming.. then i got no bandwidth anymore...

the bed was comfortable and the amenities as expected - coffee machine, fridge, wifi, tv

i only had one flat pillow because the kids each had a bed so they each kept both of their pillows

hot water, mini fridge, microwave, tv, wifi, cute porch to sit and enjoy the sunshine as i read the local paper

not only did she clean the room every day, she also made fun towel animals for my kids to come back to

the shuttles every 30 minutes were so helpful to get down to bar harbor
