requested a room with no smoking

the bar across the street

wifi barely worked

concern about safety and crime. they did not provide continental breakfast as advertised.

super pet friendly and friendly staff members, decent rate, good food near by.

the laundry room

pet friendly

between the kids running around and then the 2nd night it sounded like someone was rearranging their room over

nice area, smoking room

should have checked closer and realized that it was a pet friendly hotel

the pool was

especially the spots on the worn carpet and that all rooms had pets in them instead of designated pet rooms

way over priced and sketchy as hell at night with all the people hanging in the parking lot all night long

i wish i knew ahead of time that the pool was not open

hotel itself was very nice, had all the amenities i needed, good wifi, comfy furnishings

liked the easy access to i-95, and that it was pet-friendly

breakfast & parking was a plus

parking was never a problem

i came in from out of town, paid $129 to be downtown bmore, no parking, no working pool, and bad hospitality

pet friendly

wifi was hopeless which did not go well with my older teen!

everything else was fine watched tv and rested wifi works well and was quiet for rest

almost dead mattress very uncomfortable heat in room inoperable wifi was disconnected from internet table in

didn't salt parking lot after ice storm.

were signs every where to clean up after your pet, but no place to put it when you did

to catch the iron birds- and the game itself is worth the travel- awesome fields and a great pool

everything was down no pool

nice bar and food selection and seating area

parking

i could not find parking in the lot at all one day

nothing functioned in the gym

bed was unmade, no towels, only two sad pillow, tv did not work. $200 pet fee for one night.

we needed a pet friendly place in the area

4th floor with broken elevator, broken wifi, 10 minutes to check in with all the forms, bare room with torn

the price and location was excellent! staff was very nice too. loved the little gym!

was old, rooms smelled like old cigarettes, laundry room was dirty and machines really old

after 10pm i couldn't reach anyone at the front desk to get the wifi code

they have good parking and electrical hook up

went to take the kids to get something to eat before we left

the building is surrounded by overnight truck parking so it is pretty noisy outside

shared bath and shared kitchen

allowed for early check in as requested.

in the kitchen

full, well-equipped kitchen available to all

house, good price, just the bed was a bit soft for my liking (ad is incorrect, yes there is great wifi access

free wifi, excellent check-in experience, location, parking

was no room service on the weekend mini coffee pot was difficult to use the room didn't come with

laundry facilities were in another building

no access to gym before 7am

parking area is confused. there is no alarm clock and no room service for less than 4-day stay.

the pool is beautiful and the pool chairs are the most comfortable i ve ever sat on

the only bar opened after 10pm is tiny in a small room and way over heated every night

perfect, breakfast, perfect

staff, room service, decor

were food/drinks (room service

the hotel itself: useful gym, pool and outdoor courtyard, good breakfast, super concierge, good

one out of 3 rooms was ready, but we were only allowed to use it after paying an early check in fee

everything it was so nice clean friendly and my kids love it

breakfast had the usual things, would have been nice to have a diy waffle iron or pancake machine

staff is very friendly and they were very willing to accommodate us at 1pm which is an early check in

the gym was dark and unappealing

no room service no laundry

they didn t utilize the outdoor bar area. it was only for special events.

the bar opened at 4pm ..lol should be sooner

fact that there were no complimentary water bottles in room and the fact that the restaurant bar in the hotel

helpful staff terrific bar with great food

i wish there was a way to be in a room that was completely pet free

only problem i had was the room service delivery woman was rude

also, the hotel bar was lovely, but there was just one person working the bar, and so it took a long time to

also gym was well equipped

kitchen was stocked with necessary items so we could cook breakfast

the modern vibe nice bathroom comfy bed wifi gym laundry room 24 hours

no hot water, you could hear everything going on outside, wifi was horrible.

ambiance location it was very quiet and very comfortable the bed was one of the best things ,full kitchen and

they even have a laundry room available to guest

breakfast should of been served earlier

room service was awful

loved the coffee bar in the mornings and the complimentary wine selections in the evenings both being handled

no breakfast

5 star hotel: blankets and linens were old, thin and had holes the gym had no a/c and was about 95 degrees the

breakfast buffet was sooo good

breakfast was very good. complimentary water and snacks was also very nice

room service has been temporarily discontinued due to covid

this hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating in that regard.

you need more tv channels for that much per night. no golf channel or nfl network.
