snow removal was not great for parking spaces

the complementary breakfast wasn't good at all. i would liked to have coffee available earlier.

like how the pool is open till 11pm and they are pet friendly

i like that the pool was open and the front desk was helpful

the black bear bar and grill is located on site and has really good bar food and drinks

the bar was not very conducive to putting forth a relaxed atmosphere

pool and whirlpool were excellent, spacious and super-clean

hotel was full; so parking was at a premium

the breakfast was hot and good. would have liked bacon other than that it was great.

noisy frozen pizza truck was allowed to idle in the parking lot after we went to bed, ruining our

wish the booking through the website was easier to confirm a pet staying with me so i would have known the total

access to food, arcade, and pool. so family friendly

one thing that surprised me was the water park

have three kids and can only ever get a room with only two queen beds

nice and clean. great place for kids even toddlers.

we arrived about 730 pm , eight cars in the parking lot, when the gal came to the desk she was chewing

pool area was super clean

there were a ton of screaming kids due to a tournament the staff upgraded my room so i wasn't stuck by them

even though i would like to stay there again, it was too expensive. we didn't need the kitchen.

it was also a first floor room that looked out into the parking lot where cars were often facing my window

kyra helped a ton with booking the rooms, early check in, and helped our staff have a great time

super clean! great location! nice staff! reasonable pet fee of 15$.

loved how there was free laundry and games available for guests and everything was great about our stay

a special shout out to the bartender and  our server for breakfast

i also ordered room service and my order was very wrong and i paid a lot of money for something i could not

very comfortable room. pool was great. kids had great time

so if arriving or departing outside normal hours it be nice to get a yogurt, fruit, granola bar and non-carbonated

kids in room above me made plenty of noise

the pool has a fun basketball hoop too and the hot tub was super refreshing

we also never once had access to the wifi as it had no internet connection the entire trip

was rude in breakfast room and at front desk

like the hotel and location also the friendly bar staff as well as sometimes friendly hotel

jets in the pool didn't work at first, staff was very nice and fixed it.

it's clean, so fine for what you pay - but there was wifi but it wasn't working, and the only staff person
