pool area, could improve breakfast selection, room had a very distinct smell upon entering

everything was good the front staff was nice and a breakfast was ok and it was a nice experience

lovely hotel, lots of grassy areas to walk my dog, well lit safe parking lot, comfortable and updated room

parking lot areas seemed unfinished and a bit difficult to navigate

staff was super friendly. breakfast was served promptly and great way to start the day.

we were weary travelers on a very long road trip with little kids and were only staying 1 night before heading

the staff is always super friendly, and breakfast is always delicious

the rooms were quiet. the pet fee was reasonable at $35. the breakfast buffet was well stocked

check-in staff was rude from the start when he asked me if i wanted a smoking room & i declined & then mumbled

i did like the tv and cable was provided and wifi

i had easy access to my room amd the benches across the parking lot were nice

number of young people congregated in the parking lot outside the building late at night and were quite loud

never checked in because i felt very unsafe with my two kids and dogs when i arrived

i like the location my kids love that there was a pool

that i almost missed breakfast, the selection was fresh and very clean and organized

pet friendly, clean , very friendly staff, refrigerator and microwave etc.

also, it was supposed to be a non-smoking area but room smelled like cigarettes and bed cover had a cigarette

stayed three days/nights but no room service unless requested

heated pool is always a wonderful plus

nice and clean, has a full kitchen and a little store to get things by check in

you have to take trash from your own room to outside dumpster across parking lot

hotel was not upfront with associated pet cost, and that was expensive

roomy, quiet space with well layed out kitchen. great mini grocery/snack store as well.

room reserved was booked smoking with queen size bed, not available,

at times other guests were loud and rambunctious in the halls and parking lot.

it was also nice that the parking lot was very well lit

gross and most rooms don't have microwaves or refrigerators which is pointless and there is no wifi on the

smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room 4

that stated full kitchen but there was no pot or pans.

kitchen was good for preparing a meal

was available so i had to settle for a handicap room that only had one bed burn marks in a no smoking room on

was very convenient to have access to laundry services while staying there
