had fun shooting pool in the lobby

brought our pet with us and the associated fee weren t mention by anyone and just charged straight to my card

wifi was out the whole time we were there

parking was a bit hectic because of the snow and a tow truck taking up 5 spots

breakfast was very good with several selections to choose from. location was very convenient.

parking wasn t an issue for us as we were there in the off season

there were obviously some things that had been updated (our shower/tub, the fireplace, ac, etc

couldn't get our big ac unit working and we did not find a remote for the fireplace

game room with billiard, fully appointed kitchen

maybe add more parking but overall still easy to find on side streets.

the complimentary breakfast offered many choices and the area was kept neat and clean

pool is tiny and no hot tub, and the pull out couch bed was really yellow and hard and you could

hotel ran out of most hot breakfast options an hour before breakfast hours ended

also, pool, fitness room, and hot breakfast buffet were shut down due to coronavirus

pull out couch was not the most comfortable. smaller kids would do fine.

when getting a reservation through booking, it does not let the person know that there are smoking rooms and i

was a smoking room so i expected it too have an odor but it could have at least been aired out or maybe

wifi didn t work

everything worked (fridge, hvac, wifi, microwave, lights)

pet friendly and pet stays free

a nice little indoor pool area and plenty of free parking

the breakfast was very very good it was so yummy and plenty of it made us all full

kids jumping and running until lad and either the heat kicking in or the toilet running made

many kids in the pool, running in and out of the sauna with out rinsing off

put on my search for a pool - all they had was a hot tub - girl friend didn't bring a suit so never went by my

no pool for the kids

was time on our trip to do our laundry and we got it done very fast and nicely

the spa was nice.

breakfast was very basic, but was plenty enough to start your day

is okay, but the whirlpool very small only five peoples need more room in whirlpool

and they could put a few extra towels in the room and make sure there s towels in the pool area after hours

the wifi was very poor. the router used would be appropriate for the range of a closet.

they served a very nice breakfast and made sure that everything stayed full during the time that people were

clean and breakfast was great!
