-if you want to get in the swimming pool, make sure you take a

missing bar with meaningful drinks; english speaking; restaurant during the week more a mensa

families with small kids find plenty to do, with an outdoor play area, warm swimming pool and games and activities

wifi service was good but only in selected parts of the hacienda (dining room and hotel lobby)

need to ensure better wifi access.

they did not turn on the fireplace which could have been nice to stay inside the hotel, yet outside of your

fireplace and the lake view
