pool area not up to par with other fs hotels, not as nice as rest of the hotel

spa/gym, standard fs lux rooms, very clean, nice design

the hotel at the beginning of the year, i specifically called and discussed being on the rooftop bar to watch

location, spa was excellent. massage and facial were incredible

only negative was that i didn't realize the hotel was so new that the pool/hot tub and patio aren't open yet

breakfast was good and the wait staff were awesome.

no wifi

some of the gym cardio advices were a bit broken. too much plastic at breakfast.

no room service (meals). the hotel laundry service lost my husbands shirt.

and no pet potty area

having a bar an restaurant in the hotel

staff courteous and friendly. location was good. easy wifi connectivity.

i love a drury inn the pool always open is so it's a great place to stay with the kids!

were a lot of kids on property that were not supervised by their parents and they were out of control

breakfast good dinner included great room great pool and spa included yummy 2 cocktails a night great helpful

pool area was great until a guest with kids let them jump and run around

we both had hour long massages at mokara spa

didn’t like the fact that they had no sofa beds for kids

valet parking/front door staff were really nice. the gym was nice and clean.

also, the fact that wifi wasn't included and guests also have to pay extra for that, is also

the gentleman went up to room and entered when myself and my 2 kids were in there sleeping

9 hours with 3 kids and had no hot water

my kids had pull out sofas to sleep and and they didn’t seem comfortable

2 of 3 elevators did not work. sat nite, bar was closed for an event.

the gym was basic and the elliptical wasn't functioning as it should

because of a power loss during a storm and caption was close to my home, open restaurants, my gym etc

the restaurant and bar were convenient

excellent hotel, staff were amazing,clean and modern, lovely breakfast

milk & honey is a couple of minutes walk away and is amazing for breakfast, brunch & lunch

out for breakfast

walking distance to conference. good size of safe. good hot water in shower. good wifi.

i did like having breakfast offered and available but was not happy or impressed with the room service menu

i love that they allow pets and the pet fee is only $20/pet

guess the bar is not connected to the hotel but kinda is connected

maybe have a kitchen towel or paper towels in kitchen area for easier clean up

however, on saturday night the bar does get very loud so if you are a light sleeper or have an early drive the

nice having the bar on main level

whole set up with the bar was super nice and friendly

the lobby bar was very nice and well-managed

my husband and i are both picky eaters and we love the room service at this hotel

it was inconvenient but not that big of a deal, if i had kids with me i would've been annoyed

prices of mini bar were extortionate.

if there was a little more pet area it would be good.

the pool was warm, the gym has elliptical machines as well as free weights and a bench

t much to complain about, everyone was great and the hotel is amazing, beds were comfortable, pool is nice

half the pool was under the hotel , breakfast got done to early

it was busy with a sports team staying so we couldn t get have the free breakfast.

the day when we got to check in that definitely could be more friendly and helpful with the wifi, tv streaming
