there was a kitchen if you wanted to cook there although we didn’t use this facility

location, and despite the room being quite small, the facilities were clean, and there was a kitchen area available for guests to use if required

we didn't use the kitchen area or lounge area, but both seemed tidy enough

staff was very helpful and the room is good for a family with 2 kids

loved my one night stay, the staff were lovely, the room was beautiful and extremely clean, the breakfast was fantastic

we also made use of the gym

we had evening drinks at the bar that were good

the staff were very friendly... we were there for the open golf and everyone was so kind.

the bar and dining area is gorgeous and the function are is lovely

helped with holding our luggage, early check in, having to change rooms

the bar and restaurant is lovely! the shower is also fantastic!!

pool, nothing to do with kids as no pool my fault as i thought there was but your really limited with kids activities

staff were brilliant we had a good laugh with the bar staff, the receptionists were very welcoming greeted with a smile and given some sweeties

toiletries other than a small bar of soap and towels provided, and no drinks facilities in the room; however, there are drinks

the rooms was too small and is not suitable if you are travelling with kids.

the one gal let us check in 45mins early and waived the early check in fee.

bar was a nice setting really nice pleasant staff

another thing to note, i stayed here before and had an issue with a room service breakfast not arriving, however upon learning of this, the food and beverage manager

they also gave our two kids free cookies and milk at night

maybe to push price of room service up ,would've stayed in the bar longer had food been available

great, especially tony on reception who was very slick checking us in and also helped arrange a late check out so i could carry on working in my room

my opinion somewhat later in the day because nobody picked up when i dialled

long and short of it is if u have kids or just want sleep don t stay here

the bar on the top floor is a hit! wonderful.

there was no warning about the master switch and one of the kids turned it off when going to bed and we couldn't get the lights to work in the room or bathroom

booked it for the wrong night asked to correct this and had to pay an additional £30 for early check in rather than just miving it forward £110 for one nights use not happy and wont use

had to get a space heater from room service to feel comfortable overnight

was hit and miss, no ability to cast from device which would have been good when travelling with kids

early check in and late check out were granted with no issues or charges

rooms were over 30.degrees and when adjust temp they kept going back to 30 degrees kids too hot

clean comfortable room close to belfast city centre even managed to get an early check in at no extra

great choice of bars with a stunning rooftop bar and garden area

saturday night wouldn’t be ideal for those with young kids

restaurant food and service were fabulous and the roof top bar is a gorgeous place to relax and unwind

book two rooms both had single rooms that would just fit kids not big enough for adult

gym is small and compact but well stocked and worth a visit

the spa is a must

for example at the slieve donard you're like to use the pool at the spa

room was beautiful and delicious - tasting dinner was a delight and rooftop hot-tub, fully fitted gym and also a downstairs jazz bar made this an unforgettable experience

i was travelling with my 3 kids and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating

spa is quite small & there are not enough places around the pool to relax so more sunbeds would have been great
