the room had a gas fireplace for heat (which we needed on this wet night) and was special in that regard

just didn't like the cars that fly thru there makes it difficult to pull out of a parking spot

we got caught in a rain storm so the coin laundry was very convenient

it had an indoor pool and restaurant for free breakfast ( not a continental but full breakfast)

minutes from downtown took uber in and out because of parking downtown can be a pain plus even though 5 minutes

booking.com said that room service was available and it was not.

took about 10 kids and they were very patient with them and i think the staff for that

we called for possible early check in and they were able to accommodate us

very nice room! southport kitchen next door is awesome best salmon dish!

also not sure if walls thin or just that two side by side pet-friendly rooms had wood floors, but a nice family

was our anniversary so we were trying to have a quiet night but the room next to us had kids that were playing

towels left in kitchen from previous guests/cleaning

we have been staying here for 5 summers, we bring our dogs occasionally because they are pet friendly

room service could be every day, we had clean towels nearly everyday but maybe a quick sweep and

an early check in

like mold, the ac rarely worked, the halls only smelt good because the staff leaves the hotel laundry room open

it was a very nice place and the parking was great. the rooms were very clean and comfortable

a lot of maintenance; the ceiling was falling down in pool area, wifi routers hanging out of ceiling and plugged

this property had me worried things like exposed wiring which was true but it was a cord for the wifi router

very nicely greeted when we arrived. allowed early check in.

the spa bath that was amazing and we loved the pool and hot tub

close to the beach. ability to make and store food. pet friendly.

it is a bit worn, and the parking slightly awkward, but honestly you won't find a better deal that close to

we had some extra guests during the day to swim and the staff didn't give us issues for the extra kids at the

5 miles from the main strip and the rooftop pool was amazing
