lots of smoke smells even in the non-smoking rooms

no coffee maker in the room ,but a nice breakfast spread in the lobby

the breakfast was a bit disappointing and there was mold on the walls of the shower

none no breakfast because of the pandemic

the kids barely had enough wifi to do there school work that had to be done while we were traveling

was an odor in the hallway upstairs, like a pet urine smell

it is a great pet-friendly hotel & they made restaurant & winery suggestions & printed out information for us

it allowed pets the room as clean, the air worked great.

with great climate control unit in each room and all essential amenities needed with a lovely pool ,sufficient

in rooms, more sound proofing, more frequent housecleaning but staff nice, bed comfy & electronix laundry

was fine for a big hotel - the room was spacious and comfortable; there was sufficient parking

the bar is pretty nice too but my room felt old and dingy

i wanted to know if they had laundry wanted to know if tgey had laundry, or breakfast

there were 6 kids in the pool with no adult supervision

also, the amount of chlorine in the pool was noticeable through the door in the hallway that leads to it, and

kids were out in the hallways playing actual hockey, playing ding dong ditch on our doors, yelling

was good, pool was great, the staff was very nice and helpful

beautiful lobby i love the pool and the hot tub the hots could have been a little hotter though

wifi was finally resolved with a call to the internet service provider

this person was responsible for check in, laundry, housekeeping, etc

pet-friendly; stayed overnight so we could get my dog with cancer to his 8a surgery in malvern

got charged a non refundable pet charge that we were not aware of when we booked

parking lot had no lights, showerhead barely any water coming out of it, and what water did come

plenty of parking spaces. otherwise, i have nothing.

had to ask for the wifi password and she acted like i was just supposed to know it

they left bags of bath towels outside of our door instead of taking them to the laundry area which seams weird

it's a wonderful hotel, wonderful staff clean rooms, there's laundry here one dryer and one washer, a couple

the kitchen inside the studio was useful as someone on a special diet

clean area, multiple locks on the doors, has speedy wifi and the rooms have a functioning kitchen

kitchen, and excelent location near the temple university

i like the small room and the fact that there was a kitchen.

2) the kitchen is great for 1 person, has everything essential and i really liked the stove as it heated

breakfast was very good, but expensive - it cost more than room service dinner

the size of the bed and close at 10 pm the room service

didn t try the food there but the bar area looked nice

the wifi worked very well

bathroom was beautiful- tv nice- flavored tea in the lobby- room service fast!

and walkable, we really enjoyed the sidewalks that were available since we traveled with our pet

(also a group of kids were “parcor-ing” outside of the hotel and there was banging and a lot of noise from

the view, nearby restaurants ,lounge refreshments with cookies, computer access and free wifi.
