lack of convenient disabled parking near the room, and found the ramp to walkway blocked by a golf cart on 2 occasions

also a bit upset that after a very long weekend in the sun, i did not realize the washer for laundry only worked with tokens

allowed early check in - this was nice and also flexible with late check out

the second night the room was facing the pool and felt like a completely different hotel than the first night where i was facing a parking

we arrived with several baggage items, it was a pain to reach the rooms, i asked for a golf car pick up or similar vehicle but there's no service, luckily i received at least a chariot

lobby could be extended into dining area. limited shuttle times.

3 pm instead of 11 am, they asked me to go to the reception to pay the 28$ extra fees and ask for late check out before 11 am, and that’s what i did

i liked that it had a pool and that they had a free shuttle service to the theme parks.
