retro look, hot pool and nice jacuzzis!

it would have been nice to have room service options as well, or even a little restaurant on property to buy food so we didn t

wifi sometimes drops, not a major thing but it did stop us from watching a programme on netflix

the wifi is horrible

parking was far from the room i have difficulty walking but i had the help of my service dog

the pools were amazing, the grounds spotless and well manicured, it was quiet and peaceful - everything

the days the gardeners were cutting the palm trees so it made it difficult to enjoy the outside pool but we just used the indoor pool

the jacuzzi's and pool were at the perfect temperature and the water is always clean and odor free

room was really spacious

the rooms were clean, comfortable, and included a full kitchen

( as was the rest of the staff) the temperature of the pool and hot tub were wonderful

loved the pool and grounds. vanessa was great.

was a section garden with a very great pool, the hot water pools were indoor and hungry amazing

tubs, indoor outdoor pools, covered lounge areas, holistic, and spa options too

wont say i disliked it however i wish the tea bar was available not just during spa services

the spa is the best and i have been to many in the world

great relaxing getaway the on suite mineral spa bath tub was the best.

is located in desert hot springs in a residential area which was fine because we came for the spa and to relax on premise

mahala had very nice rooms and was in an excellent location. the pool and hot tub were very nice

i walked out my door to the fresh air and pool… mahala was a beautiful find and i wish i could have stayed a few more days

treatment rooms in the spa ought to be a bit warmer, or extra covering for the clients would be nice

new, even though 3 years old (still new;) attentive and friendly staff, well appointed, gratis breakfast and lunch…didn’t need to leave poolside

liked the security of a gated “community” and the adults only serenity

i would highly recommend this spa to anyone

about this property, the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the decor, the heated pool, mini golf and overall positive atmosphere

i understand no personal food, but unless you have a bar right in the pool area, having your own beverages seem like a necessity in the heat

for older people there should be a bar handle in the shower. i was scared of slipping.

all the pools chairs were pushed together around the spa not allowing for an distancing

the staff was accommodating for a late check out. the front desk man was very nice at check out.

wifi was terrible. food only fair. bellman service was poor.

on a very hot weekend, and it was perfect going from nice air-conditioned room to beautiful, cool pool right below the mountain

the staff should 100% not have to serve as playground monitors for adults, but i wish they'd intervene when folks get really loud

bungalows great for families and the pool very welcome in the hot weather

there is only 1 pool for kids and service over there is very slow.

way the one bedroom bungalow can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids as advertised

valet parking is included which was a pleasant surprise

fantastic - very comfortable, the staff (tony & gregory) were so friendly and accommodating, the pool was perfect we even loved the pool chairs with the sun shades that move up and down

the other hotel was a real boon— there were three other pools there, a nicely air conditioned gym equipped with pelotons, rowing machines, free weights and a couple of weight

the grounds and pool are lovely and we really enjoyed use of the bikes and the proximity to all the best
