the washer and dryer were out of order, we desperately needed laundry washed, but unable to do so

never turned on tv, wifi was good most of the time

need more blankets in room and restaurant open and stronger wifi

breakfast wasn t until 8 and us, like most travelers were already on the road ( a little hungry

awesome vibe, excellent decor, quiet location, the marina, parking, balcony and deck i was so impressed

the breakfast was great especially for me because i am gluten and dairy free

room was huge! gas fireplace and lots of windows. very nice! covered parking is a plus.

daughter and her family next door to us and the kids loved the easy access to the water/beach

continental breakfast was very plain and simple

their also pet friendly so that was even more of a plus for us

we come down to newport the staff and management is the absolute best great prices and service pet friendly i

was a little higher then my last visit but i also reserved with less time in advance, and the fireplace didn't

as well as the molding around the end on the kitchen counter

there is no detergent to buy for on site laundry

it also was great for families with kids
