my kids had a great time going from the beach to the pool for hours

the fact that we had laundry on site was a nice option ( with 2 boys i was able to limit the amount of clothes i had to

fave place to go i won’t stay anywhere else get the room with the kitchen publix grocery store only a mile down the

full kitchen in the room

fresh towels were always available, and it has on site laundry

laundry facilities 1 washer and 1 dryer, are in an open area, across from another room, which is a

location and the staff was very friendly! we loved being able to have a late check out!

it is very conveniently located near the beach, major attractions, mini golf, convenience/grocery stores and souvenir shops

having the staff laundry and guest laundry in the corridor did not help, but i could also hear other guests talking

perfect location. wonderful breakfast. most comfortable bed. spacious.

liked access to pool. also like ambiance of hotel grounds.

the pool closes at 9am it's the weekend

walked out to vehicle , bunch of needle and broken bottles were dumped in parking space near vehicle

the pool was very nice!! quick response to a maintenance issue.

last night there i did laundry and almost stepped on a dead rat

the laundry facilities are down a dark hallway with discarded furniture and air conditioners and i

everything was great.except the lights on the pool area.

i just wish the pool was open

, the room was beautiful modern clean and calming, the on-site laundry was only 3

off the grass and then hook th u haul back up to be able to pull my suv and the uhaul out of the parking

didn't like how the guy who checked me in had me park my suv that had a uhaul on the back of it and was told that there was

plenty of parking for truck and trailer

front desk lady kareena is very nice and tried to help us with early check in and parking

location is very convenient, the parking is free, the staff is accommodating, and the room was very clean and comfortable

he drove a golf card shuttle and it was an unexpected surprise that came in very handy

wifi was only available in lobby area causing some issues-should have been stated on website

the kiddie pool needs some maintenance work. the concrete is black and had algae build up.

we got there it was a pretty full parking lot but we actually had no trouble to find parking

offer really nice club/golf cars if you want a ride to & from a local site/bar/restaurant

loved being on the beach and nice pool/spa area

there was no breakfast and the gym was closed

there should be reserved spots in the parking lots for guests only since their tiki bar is open to the

the location of the hotel was excellent. the pool and tiki bar was steps away from the beach.

there was nothing that i disliked other than the outdoor pool being heated

the manager upgraded my room and gave me two balconies and a kitchen.

due to covid the bar was close.
