t like there was no drinks in the bar only water normally you see beers in the fridge, would be nice to have

just love the whole setup with the garden and the bar and the balcony

room service not available after 10pm

loved the room service option

the delicious room service food

everything, including wifi, worked well and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

location staff use of the kitchen for breakfast etc

the wifi wasn t working

common kitchen is very handy

the communal kitchen and outdoor area was fantastic for our group booking.

a big deal but they were renovating the gym and we were not able to use this service

the spa next to the pool could have been warm rather than ice cold?

kids had a ball

ended up having a type of suite, there was a kitchen, lounge room etc

breakfast great, amazing location, generous and well fitted out gym,

to have the laundry facilities but two machines out of order

location, kitchenette and laundry facilities

in the bathroom is tiny but there is a sink in the kitchen area which is fine to use

6) laundry facilities are quite old

no wifi my whole week long stay and nothing was done to fix it, even with multiple emails

the 3rd floor has a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace

dont expect a 5 star hotel, but clean, convenient, with all facilities including terrace and kitchen for the

we also loved that we had access to laundry facilities

wifi and tv worked

the kitchen was a great asset, unfortunately i must have missed the ad about the kitchen

the amazing beach was only a few meters away, and bonus, the food and the bar on site are next level

great restaurant and bar downstairs too

it is sports bar as well so it can get banging in the evening but the room was quiet and i slept

no information provided on arrival about wifi, facilities etc, just how to get in and out during after hours

having a restaurant and bar right in the building was so convenient and made the experience even better

except for the wifi facilities, having problem since day one to log in and get connected

to light rail shops handy and an easy downhill walk to coogee the room has a desk for work and wifi seemed ok

contact number which answered promptly when i needed to call them on a couple of occasions when wifi stopped on

a problem accessing wifi at the begining due to technical issues

could use a little more free wifi :)

the wifi seems a little slow

wifi speed could have been a bit faster. otherwise, enjoyed everything else.

no room service loud at night

room service was exceptional as i spent the mornings in my room and got to know your friendly room

into the city with the light rail and a great place to have friends come to meet up with the bar and restaurant

the kitchen is always very clean and free laundry use as well

also kids making ridiculous amounts of noise with their parents in the courtyard late at

good included, wifi connection throughout the property

room was comfortable and great courtyard to sit and have takeaway dinner and let kids play

full amenities kitchen, laundry when needed

i couldn t connect to wifi

there is a kitchen and laundry on site

location easy access to the hospital and shops room was next to the kitchen laundry and front door staff pleasant

we didn't use either the kitchen or laundry - they're in the same small room and the laundry machines are coin

the laundry and cooking facilities even though we didn't have to use it

my kids loved it and me too

wifi was dreadful - essentially nonexistent

to login back into their wifi every time you close your device (first world problem, not a big

clean and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, laundry available for very small money

quiet area but still close to restaurants, laundry, shopping and public transportation

facilities : gym, wash machine , shared kitchen, terrace location standing of the hotel

the patio on 10th floor, the laundry and the exceptional staff, they are wonderful

incredible kitchen

the the kitchen is clean and complete range of equipments drinking water is good and sparkling water as

the room looked like an ikea showroom, and there was a wifi speaker in the room, which i enjoyed

these are cleaned daily, as well as fresh towels, shared kitchen area & great wifi

small room but hygienic facilities and kitchen always at a very high cleanliness level

there was also a shared kitchen area with a microwave, cutlery, and dishes

shared toilets in the middle of the night - that part didn t feel very safe for me and our teen kids (others

always clean, friendly, i love it!!! excelent wifi

very friendly and attentive, room and bathroom were clean, good pressure in the shower, tasty breakfast

love how it has kitchen facilities as well as house keeping even though i didn't use the kitchen at all but felt

the self laundry service with no fee is great to those who travel long days

the room was spacious and the kitchen was a nice addition

the rooms are also spacious and have a fully equipped kitchen

the facilities esp gym was good. apartment was clean and spacious. love it!

we think it was coming from the classes at the gym on the street below (we were on the 4th floor, but sound

fact that the facilities don t seem to be monitored by staff kids running around unsupervised in the pool and

the apartment is full equipped with kitchenaid, oven, microwave, washing dishes, washing machine and dryer

pool and spa were both quite cold

there is complimentary wifi to all areas but no charging stations in rooms so you will need your own plug in

great to have planned laundry facilities as it enabled us to bring fewer clothes

parking, location convenience, friendly pub staff and clean and tidy facilities.

handy little kitchen as well

with our 3 young children and the room was super quiet, sheets and towels changed daily, wifi was fantastic,

staff very cold and not friendly, room service food was not very appealing

rooms a bit noisy with bar below.. on a weekend night.

there is washing powder and kitchen cleaning products - everything available

the room is stocked with awesome products, great mini bar selection and delicious coffee

kitchen well stocked though we only used the toaster as we ate out

wifi

noisy noisy noisy in house room service was bad and inadequate

the wifi wasn t as fast as i wish it was.

bar and bistro on site food really good

family rooms are spacious , clean with a kitchen and seperate bedroom

the fireplaces

wifi didnt reach my room that was just above the reception area

but it's smack bang in the middle of what i think are the best shopping, restaurant, and bar strips in sydney

would benefit having laundry facilities

old fashioned furniture and fireplaces in the common areas

free parking a bonus

parking was limited

no car parking

room was above a nightclub or loud bar

parking in the entire suburb is poor, and that means the hotel loses its parking to others

swimming pool on site a bonus

the gym, sauna, pool and spa were all great additions

facilities like sauna, swimming pool within the building o, which made it convenient to get in 3

were unable to connect to the wifi on the first night (it was fine in the morning)

the pool & sauna looked lovely , sadly we didn t get to use

room was ready when i arrived, convenient entry and parking

you can t hear the noise from the bar in your room

there in the afternoon and trying to get parking in their car park can be a bit tricky

free all day parking and bus stop right in front made it very convenient to get around

location secure nighttime parking great meals

no room service but uber eats delivers and you are in the middle of restaurants

my room was small, had no view, and a shower but no bath, and there is no restaurant/room service), but this

for $500/nights not a lot of tea or coffee varieties, nor room service or breakfast

breakfast a little limited but quality ok. wifi slow.

room service was poor

we pick this place because we wanted 2 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and transit close by

the rail into the pool hadn't been replaced and had two wet towels covering the poles.

only 'annoyance' was that the pool, spa and gym was located in a separate location from my room and you had to

the kids for a quick get away, skye suites is in a great locations, restaurants and cafes at your door

exhaust fan and shower floor tiles need cleaning as well as laundry area needs dusting

a bonus for a sydney hotel is having the pool facilities and restaurant options on site

were on our way home, went to go into the bar downstairs for a night cap, we were told we couldn't go into the

everything here is exceptional but the pool is the standout.

rooftop pool, the staff, the room decor, the restaurant bars and spa near by everything was fabulous from

super friendly, had a great long lunch at olympus next door and the mini bar and snack bar/ in-room service was

we really like we could get food in the bar area

loved that the communal kitchen included its own small brekky with cereal and toast with coffee etc, i loved

it was an incredible boutique hotel, sure the bar at the bottom wasn t the fanciest but i adored our room

- wifi: not sure i can call it a wifi at this point, i could barely send messages - windows: for some

wifi was fast, tv had limited channels and the bathroom was a bit small in that there was nowhere

the room was just what we wanted clean, spacious, kitchen

very practical en-suite kitchenette, especially when travelling with kids.

daily continental breakfasts, daily cleaning, comfy bed, wifi, parking and great value for

i was happy with my breakfast pack

friendly staff, continental breakfast- raisin toast-yum, modest-but clean comfortable room with kitchenette,

friendly staff, beautiful room, a stunning bar and pool.

were so fun and friendly, their service was above any beyond and the pool bar is awesome, so relaxing with great

they also have a nice pool

could do with laundry service and more options for room service

pool and bar area were great and clean.

door code didn t work several times, wifi was not good

reliable wifi process

and top marks for lightning-fast wifi

easy to lock key in room. bar staff very patient letting me back in.

the double bed was super comfortable & there was a handy sink in the room plus a bar fridge, clothes hanging

which meant my daughter slept with me while her pop had the kids bed

my standard room was tiny, and the air condition is temperamental. limited room service.

location is very good and reception staff is very cordial. room service very good.

great location. great room . amazing bar ! looove this place

great wifi and tv in room, nice roomy bathroom

unfortunately wifi was not active however this is a very minor issue

even after paying for wifi it was slow and sometimes wouldn t work

of plates, glasses and cutlery in the kitchen

on 3rd floor, fully furbished with kitchen facilities and bathroom, lounge area, very spacious and

wifi was good, the view was amazing, it got barbour bridge view on terrance

highly recommended travelling with kids

there didn't seem to be room service provided

selection of food for breakfast, coffee is amazing and available 24/7, rooms are clean with daily room service

so probably the level of cleaning, the laundry service and general poor cleaning

the location is fabulous and the wifi is great!

the service and the bar are awesome

the complimentary breakfast pasteries and teas you could have were wonderful and the pay mini bar outside was

the large general mini bar is an amazing idea

pet friendly room was fabulous

there s some great cafe and coffee options close by or a coffee bar and local pastries in the foyer for free

clean rooms, very nice toiletries, the laundry is a godsend and rooms are

location and great the hotel facilities were good including free computer and printer use, free laundry room,

offered free wifi (but didn't end up needing it so i didn't ask) not sure if they offer it or not

wifi was difficult to get onto where we were on the top floor, worked fine down in the lobby

you walk the floor cracks but didn't really bother me, you only get 500mb for wifi but book directly and you

wifi was good

teeth are brushed in the very separate kitchen sink on the other side of the room

the bed was comfortable, and having a small sink, kettle (incl tea/coffee/sugar), kitchen utensils/crockery,

con no elevator bed was uncomfortable no basin in bathroom so had to brush your teeth over the kitchen

laundry

wifi was hit and miss

big room, clean, staffs super nice. rooftop bar great and cheap drinks

were surprised to arrive via a bar but the staff member who checked us in was excellent and we were very happy

the wifi, i couldn't log in.

staff in the bar who have been there for many years the best part of the hotel are the

really love hot eggs daily for breakfast

i was happy to have included breakfast with my stay

good breakfast. location great.

no laundry

laundry wasn t available when stayed but not too much of a problem

the room is very clean and has a great kitchenette

kitchen and good internet

position, wifi, bathroom,

located for public transport into the cbd safe and quiet bed comfy, kitchen facilities were handy to have

my kids hated sleeping on it and rather got into the bed with us

good facilities very clean laundry room provided. staff were friendly and helpful

they had a kitchen with a microwave and fridge which was so handy, as well as a free laundry room

laundry services were also available and so was a shared kitchen

they have laundry facilities which are free to use & a small kitchen with microwave & toaster

laundry services were also available and so was a shared kitchen

loved that our son can use the gym and sauna with us as this is sometimes adults only at other hotels, we chose

room service mucked up my in room dining order but once i informed them of their error they fixed

have booked in the school holidays to bring the kids for a visit

00, squeaking and banging of the service room door, clanging of laundry trolleys and one morning i thought that

was very spacious, clean and comfortable and convenient to everywhere we went for the weekend the pool was really

super fast wifi, great connection

s a mini kitchen , hotpot, microwave in the room, we could make lunch and dinner

was like new, clean and good size, with a small kitchen (microwave, small fridge)

no breakfast. and not a good location compare with city areas but it's still a great hotel.

also gym access not reliable: they give you a fob to a local gym nearby which was unstaffed and locked

wifi restrictions. 500mb per day is not enough when traveling overseas.

kitchen could have been cleaner .

the wifi has a limit. the tv had no channels.

harassed by kids going to some f+cking dance festival for 5 hours until their train arrived

and there were one night, that grazy mas, came into the hotel, while my girl was cooking in the kitchen

the showers were also really good, as was the wifi

the place doesn t have any laundry facilities which is a big disappointment and disadvantage for a budget

entry door which neither me or my partner realised until after we had sex ( first night without kids in a long

got awaken by some kids running around the corridor

need laundry service after a long journey

do not have free wifi, you have to pay a daily rate which made us think we were in the past century, really

no free wifi so i m not paying for other people who use it

i would like free wifi as most of other hotels do.

good laundry

good breakfast with lots of choice. comfortable beds. good room service.

the second room was smaller with a slightly strange lay out for the bathroom, though i think the fireplace was

a relaxed cosy lounge, dining and honesty bar made it perfect for having a friend for pre-dinner drinks

staff especially lana and ty were amazing we had a great time we loved the self service bar and the happy hour

the balcony's amazing, the room is so clean and the cookie in the mini bar was so yum

i think this was more to do with using an external laundry provider as everything else was flawless

i literally had to twist to and turn awkwardly to get into shower space and i am quite petite

free breakfast is a great bonus

hotel really good in allowing dog to stay providing a pet bed & treats

continental breakfast is 10/10

the staff were excellent and were very welcoming especially towards our pet dog.

rooms are well maintained, kitchen facilities are good, and staffs are available for assistance

get what you pay for here, breakfast is very simple so i preferred to eat at a local cafe instead

location was amazing, free wifi and free breakfast was a great bonus

the time of our stay the laundry was not working

wifi in rooms, clean, excellent location, comfortable bed

i loved everything about. i will definitely be coming back to visit the mee so bar ud83cudf78

surprisingly reasonable room service

the wifi stopped working from the 18th night around 9 pm, till i checked out on the 19th morning

they offered buffet breakfast too, a must try and very affordable

we didn t expect the exceptional room service we got

pet friendly friendly staff

the hotel bar and restaurants were incredible as well

wifi needed to be re-connected everyday which is kind of a nuisance

it was fun! amazing staff, cool yet discreet atmosphere and it actually has a good gym.

not a big problem, but if you travel with friends, they might be able to hear you dropping the kids in the pool

room service wasn t great but perhaps could be due to the holiday season.

room wasn't very clean, the hallways were narrow and full of laundry, dirty dishes, and at our end near the

we had a problem with the wifi, but the staff was really helpful and did his best to sort out stuff

it would have been nice if there was its own kitchen instead of ordering off deliveroo, but the plus side it

the room service menu was very small, no housekeeping either

it includes a small kitchen with cutlery sets

a little bit inconvenient for people with heavy luggage or kids

also no restaurant for dinner or room service only a single slow lift no lobby to speak of - had to ask for a

room service daily and room was sometimes made after 2pm when slept in an got out of the hotel

great guest laundry too

very kind and such a good price for the luxury you will get at the strand hotel :) the rooftop bar has a great

rooftop bar was a little loud as we went to bed but they shut at 12am anyways which fitted our sleeping

no wifi

plus there s a bar upstairs and downstairs

the roof top bar was just gorgeous

the gym is too small. the restaurant ambience is not that great. no pool

comfortable bed & quiet room good value buffet breakfast great location for visiting sydney - easy walk from

was no problem to bring up an extra kids bed to the room

small restaurant on ground floor but rarely open and their bar facilities very limited

coffee shop on the premises instead of just breakfast at $38 head would be good but there was a cafe across the

the only complaint i would have was noisy kids woke us up in our floor very early in the am.

computer access to in house wifi

great gym facilities, shuttlebus service to the airport and very helpful staff

the gym was really good as well, very spacious and relatively clean

very clean, good design concept, very friendly staff, comfy bed, laundry room for a lttle fee, close to

great wifi, with easy password

clean and good wifi

improve wifi

no breakfast easy to leave keys with desk gym pass swimming pool

wifi was poor

breakfast thrown in was good and proximity to it's own bar and restaurant is ideal

rooms are not sound proof , you can hear your neighbors , room service can be improved .

good breakfast, clean room, microwave oven and self-service laundry on certain floors in hotel.

breakfast was included and was nice

unlimited wifi made the kids happy

needs microwave oven in the kitchen

convenient location and nice bar downstairs

there was wifi connectivity issue in my room. rest all was good.

the wifi was almost non existent

hotel (a sister hotel), had to walk for another block just to iron my clothes in that hotel s laundry area

i couldn't log into wifi

unclean, kids running up and down stairs and hallways all hours of nights and morning early playing games

wifi

have no complaints aside from the wifi being being a bit spotty on some mornings

the location was excellent, lovely staff, great meals and room service. very comfortable bed.

we had access to the executive lounge. the breakfast wasn t that great but it was free!

i love the big bathtub and buffet breakfast

staff at breakfast service - it was very busy and they served and cleared plates quickly - with a smile

reception should have advised about the key tap ins at the lifts and to the usage of the mini bar in the room

i would like grab bar in the shower

service - room - breakfast - restaurant

would be good to have option of a family room with a double bed and twin beds for the kids.

kids loved it too

great bandwidth on wifi, large hd tv, comfy bed, great restaurant

isn't good enough coz the water keep going change the temperature steam hot and freezing cold, the laundry room

pool was a bit murky. gym was very basic

pool great bar

pool was great, the breakfast was a fulll spread and delicious

breakfast

the facilities are great-coffee machine in lounge, snooker table and laundry-and the rooms are very comfortable

fault was there was not enough cutlery in kitchenette, no teaspoons at all and only 1 desert

had exceptional rooms with two queen size beds, large bathroom and kitchen facilities

breakfast was awesome location was perfect

loved that the two sleeping areas had a bit of space between them and nice having kitchen facilities in the

it includes a laundry machine and dryer

staff friendly and helpful and having kitchenette and laundry made traveling in a carry on easy

equipped, one-bedroom apartment) was an absolute delight - full kitchen, washer/dryer, excellent wifi, dining

the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our meals

clean, spacious. great for family with kids.

had an early start the following morning, and there were few breakfast options that we could see

missing basics in the kitchenette like toaster, microwave, cereal bowls

no microwave & i would of liked breakfast before i left.

our room was complete and clean, with aircon and free wifi

the kitchen had cutlery and crockery (but had 1 spoon and 5 knives)

the wifi could be improved

and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, good wifi

is better if hotel have a laundry within building and also provide water for the stay

wifi wasn/t working good

wifi is fast

laundry facilities are available

great to be able to do laundry

the room itself was large enough for two people with comfortable bed, good wifi and a good bathroom
