in the restaurant was too loud and the lights hanging outside from the restaurant area to the bar are much too bright

run hotel with very courteous staff in an excellent location overlooking the city with a free shuttle bus to and from the city to explore the old part very easily on foot or pick up other buses

easy access (with car). they also offer a shuttle service to the city center.

the bar food was very good in both quality & value

need a car to travel across, or use their shuttle but not till 10

wifi internet service was sometimes intermittent in our room

the wifi did not work.

staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating (even did my laundry for me)

wifi was bad and i speak portuguese, otherwise i would have had some issues to communicate in

they also accommodated a late check out for us when one of our party was feeling unwell
