location was amazing, staff were helping and got late check out

⸻ facilities one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel was the gym, but it was entirely unusable

the hotel was full during my stay, but i must admit that i didnt face any delays be it with room service or

clean property, lovely staff, spotless and comfortable room, tasty breakfast

food ordered from the room was the worst i had ever had..delayed room service ..

the laundry service is the best i’ve ever experienced in a hotel… they turned around 20 items in a

breakfast at taj exotica was delicious and the service that the hotel offers you is second to none

and it lived up to its expectation; big well-maintained property with lot of activities for kids/adults throughout
