wifi was too bad

was ort of annoying because it was our first day there and the next day woke up me my wif and 2 kids with itch

no restaurant. a problem with family and kids to be there.

came with 2 kids and the staff members were amazing

very clean,spacious! spa was excellent! staff went above and beyond!

we were upgraded on arrival to a larger room with a kitchen and whilst we didn't require the kitchen the bathroom

we had the breakfast buffet atleast 6 times during our stay, and ordered room service for dinner a few times

only gripe is that the room service menu is limited and is only open till about 7pm, but i guess that's normal

well priced hotels with rooms that already have ironing tables and machines, or well functioning laundry services

the pool and rooftop bar are an absolute hit

hotel was in an area that we wanted to stay in, also we had a kitchen so we could prepare our own meals

, but they were all very kind and humble they all still corporated with me , they staff did the room service

in the room are bit dated and common stairs have exposed wiring which could be risky for kids, wifi is slow
