i bought breakfast myself. hotel told no breakfast, no wifi!!!

rooms are ugly without basic facilities, no room service even when we need

they will not provide room service,condition of the room is very poor

and rude management, ac not working, no foot mats, wifi not functional, tv doesn't have a satellite connection

have sent request for early check in and the receptionist was rude saying that u checked in early and there were

wood was not in good condition bedsheets were dirty drinking water was unavailable there was no room

automated covered parking, restaurant in house and good room service, the internet and cable tv were non existent

is allowing to enter only lead guest details and we can later add kids details (which is not getting saved)

was good for 2adults and 2 kids

working properly, we saw some caterpillars on bathroom and room floors needs more attention if kids are accomodated

is slight inconvenience in room service for ordering food

room was bright, good view, quiet, good wifi, and clean

small pool good for kiddos

pool area also soo clean and welcome itc nice ambiance in floors also

a small sit out in the garden from the bar would also have been nice

food ordered by room service was excellant

over all everything was good. i liked the gym and spa services were excellent
