the breakfast was delicious and the staff very accommodating with doing me a poached egg

nothing the hotel was perfect in every way the breakfast was excellent

ample car parking and the food and bar are so handy

with plenty of space for them to play, a sofa in the room in front of large screen tv plus free wifi, netflix

also there is free wifi and parking

after a near 450km 5hr drive, we arrived to a well stocked kitchen and all the facilities we needed

was so clean, from the room to the kitchen, to the bathroom

breakfast starts at 8 am but i need to be leaving then so again no problem no fuss or drama just

they were able to give us early check in

our room was perfect for our family, with a king-size bed and a bunk bed the kids absolutely loved

clean and modern. everything in the room worked. lots of good parking

the food was exceptional and he kiddies breakfast corner was a new one for me and a brilliant idea

the spa was also wonderful with such a lovely lady working there, debbie

so close to the city centre where parking is not available to many hotels

will definitely be going back for another stay and experiencing the spa next

the pool area was fantastic and the gym staff could not do enough for you

we ate in the bar on our first night, it was so good we didn’t eat anywhere else

made full use of everything – the cinema, jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room – and loved every bit of it

a style, location & staff - particularly ken, we found him extremely helpful, even my kids thought he was very funny “the best”

the facilities of this place as pool and gym center are very convenient

but the staff kindly kept ours in the kitchen fridge which was appreciated

by far the best breakfast of our entire trip

breakfast has so many choices, my kids are very picky but they could enjoyed it

the beds were excellent, haven't known comfort like it for a long time. kids loved them.

we got an early check in and wee delighted with the room

it’s clean, you got a mutual kitchen with all needed équipment, a game room and a laundry

we didn’t need to do any washing although there is a laundry on place

she helped my dad who was travelling on his own and arranged early check in

it's the perfect medium between a hostel and hotel- feels like a hotel room, but has cooking and laundry facilities

the building is fine. nothing special. good that there’s a laundry.

the leisure centre with pool was an added bonus with very pleasant staff
