breakfast ended at 930 and we thought it was 10 so we missed it

i loved the constant free coffee, access to the gym and overall

the gym was tiny and only a fraction of the equipment was

“gym” was beyond dirty and tiny wasn’t going to enter it

we were allowed an early check in for a small fee

pool was open and you could book it for an hour and have it to yourself without worry of being

info said they had an airport shuttle, and they did not.

friendliness,the room was big and clean the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly

having 3 kids and traveling over 18 hours was told when we called it would be set up

you for supporting my request for early check in

we ended up using my phones hot spot to connect to my kids devices to get service

staff was not always at the front desk when needed they would be in the laundry room speaking to other staff

2 towels in room for 3 kids n 2 adults

the breakfast was overcrowded and too small the staff was trying hard but still couldn't keep up

i was right next to the ice maker, elevator and the gym, and the view was terrible

pool was clean and fun for kids

i liked everything was close to where i needed to be had a pool for the kids!

room was clean and quirky - great light setting breakfast was a good choice with helpful team
