nothing to like as it was mentioned private beach, it was only a car parking area beach but it was nasty, property was not neat as mentioned, only thing was good there

there is a beautiful big clean pool at the back that is on the river so you get the water from both ends

the breakfast was beyond amazing! very clean. quiet. new hotel. great location

clean, modern, good location, breakfast menu was great!! the gym was great!!

rooms are big and clean. nice pool and hot tub. super close to the beach.. very convenient.

the room was spacious and had a kitchen

the grounds very also enjoyable and very short walk to the mini golf which my parents love to play and just a few minutes to the pool

location, 3 minute walk to the beach with children, bbq at the door, pool and hot tub were great

as it is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, walmart, and mini golf

the pool wasn’t open but it’s may so that is why

fire pit and salt water pool are excellent additions love the coffee machine

the outside is set up for some relaxation opportunities ie pool, fire pit and 2 bbqs (never used by me) but opportunity is there

great distance to the beach pool was good too

the parking area is small hard to get in and out of parking spot with my truck

were surprised that there was a pool as well as the complimentary continental breakfast

when we needed to leave one family car on site while we went to a wedding and we asked for a late check out

in the room was very overpowering and not overly pleasant to me - i had to store it under the kitchen sink

also, although the spa tub was closed, the pool was open for us and our grandchildren

staff were very accommodating when we decided to book an extra night, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, lots of parking and food walking distance to lots of sights and shops

very good guest laundry facilities, lots of parking and a good standard of décor in

the fitness room was very small and only allowed 2 people at a time

we also enjoyed the included breakfast, there’s so many options and food and supplies are fully stocked

and spacious and the bed/pillows were so comfortable to sleep for a lot cheaper price plus free breakfast

great breakfast selection, pool and fitness room although we couldn’t use either when we were there

i could only book the pool on one day and the other day, and then couldn’t book gym or spa or anything

large apartment with kitchen, kitchen supplies, laundry, comfy bed, lots of space

stocked kitchen, to save on restaurant bills, and the spa in the basement was also fantastic

the kids had so much fun just playing in the space

there was no where to get a coffee, the agua bar closed

completely misinformed about almost every aspect of the facility, found out on day 3 there was a gym, multiple items in the room were broken or missing, the pullout couch was uncomfortable with

we loved that the hotel was close to the village. kids loved the pool.

my friend checked in first with the kids and i arrived later and he was super helpful and accommodating

-walking distance to the village -pool -got early check in n late check out -friendly staff (cake made of towels with a note and sweet popcorn), we didn't have to pay for the 2 hour early check in (+) early check in was really convenient and breakfast in the hotel was really great

no balcony to let fresh air in. the wifi was not great and kept having to be restarted.

liked everything full kitchen, living room area, bedroom, washroom, wifi, movies to watch and most of all outside in

the suite is very good, well organized and the kitchen has everything you need

but for the most part it was spotless, especially the kitchen
