loved the landscaping and loved our room had a full kitchen

kitchen drawers were kinda dirty inside

to kitchen items like the stove, oven, plates, utensils

also, i was really happy my room had a full kitchen and refrigerator because i was traveling with food that needed to stay frozen for my dog

they have a free laundry service!

we did not see any breakfast. the location was nor bad, not the best.

stayed here with my family (my wife, my kids: 11 years old daughter and 7 years old son) as a stop point when i went back to michigan from

the hosts were super friendly, they had a great selection of food for breakfast, the location is great for accessing the trail

they had espn and free internet or good wifi

staff was great, room had all amenities needed, laundry room available with cc reader- overall, good stay

i call to the front desk for towels or whatever because room service was not conducted; i should never have to go get them myself

nothing to keep me from staying again but it was tight with two adults and two kids

i love how it's kids safe ❤️ and kids friendly

everything was shut down. no gym, no rooftop access.

they have events for meeting with the guests, fast room service, beautiful and fully equipped rooms and much more

was great and staff were brilliant from the people that checked us in to the restaurant and bar staff

early check in was a huge bonus. staff were incredibly friendly!

breakfast was very good and location was excellent

amenities were plentiful-pool, hot tub, gym, laundry, outdoor patio, free breakfast &

we also enjoyed the evening kick-back and pool area

that they offer are impressive: breakfast, the early evening drury 530pm kickback, and a guest laundry

snacks, 5:30 kickback, nice bar with food, very nice rooms, and the vaults

pool and breakfast buffet were excellent

and the gym was

corner king room with a view and room service breakfast and the lounge

nice restaurant downstairs. quiet room. good wifi.

room service was lovely as well all the staff

she gave us drink tickets for a cocktail at the lobby bar which was very much appreciated

grandkids loved the pool

i chose your hotel because i had my 3 kids

pool open early morning. food choises more than just bread, cereal, fruit, and coffee.

pool was clean and fun for kids

my purse and bags out the room instead of charging me $20 but i'm a member and requested for a late check out and 2 females came in my room fought me and my babe police came pressing charges and

the late check out

thru the walls rooms, pet friendly for no extra fees; laundry facilities on site; free extended late check out up til 2 hrs later if needed

monday leaving i put in for late check out at four

it was a place to sleep and they don't charge pet fees.

left within a hour of checking in to find a better place for my kids
