love staff and locations. i had so much fun with my kids and the beach was walking distance.

the pool system is excellent and we especially liked the adults only pool, although there were kids in there at times- not well policed

food is no good and the adult pool look like a kids pool it is to low

gym is grate, the restaurant bugambilias is even more faster than the snack bar and the variety of different pools is excellent the little beach offers a nice time snorkeling

many guests block pool chairs with towels and go for breakfast, lunch etc

it was nice having an adult and kid pool

the palapa pool bar is depressingly old

the shower did not work well and the swimming pool was very dirty.

recommended for the elderly, no phone in the room, no hand rail in pool entrance it was too slippery and to me that's a big minus, people had the music on one night

there are free yoga classes on the beach everyday and a decent gym, tennis courts and water activities
