they didn t have a non-smoking room, we have to choose that one smell less

my reservation didn t mention anything about it being a smoking room, but the front desk claimed it was

as we turned onto the street to go to the parking area a man stood less than five feet in front of vehicle and

was modern and clean. street parking was great right in front.

not to mention there is no free parking near or in front of the property

i pulled my truck down a side street to see if there was secure parking and 2 men began walking toward my

they do have a small gym and coffee available in the lobby

snack options in the lobby should by provided (no kitchen or vending machines)

the gym was cramped like most hotel gyms are, but the variety of equipment was super helpful

asked for non smoking area and when we went to the room i can't breath due to cigarette stench and also have

room smelled like cigarettes although advertised as non-smoking

to use facecloths for 'stoppers' to plug tub and sink , and the wifi was a little sketchy

of all the non-smoking room they gave us had been heavily smoked in

the location was fine but 1st night it was noisy in parking lot ....

the sleeper bed cushions were off with what looked liked dirty laundry still on it

just think the room service menu should have more variety

we didn't use it, but there was also a pool and a mini put-put area with 4 holes

my kids loved the pool, the breakfast was great loved that fresh food was brought out through out for

the pool on the roof is really cool! it was quiet in the hotel and clean.

if you stay on the 16th floor on the corner we were at two of the hallways smell very strongly of pool and

the breakfast made my stomach hurt for days

we pretty much loved everything. the pool was a tad bit cold tho.

we like the location and really enjoyed the swimming pool and very clean.

expensive parking , expensive breakfast, did not like how far to get to the rooms for the guest

the hotel restaurant was very good and the bar has massive tv's which was nice to watch the world series on

buffet for breakfast was great, we used room service (my granddaughters first time to order room service) our

staff, pool, location

she did not clean our room after our first night there, because she thought our laundry bag hung on the doorknob

she also got me signed up for hilton honors which gave me free wifi which made a huge difference for me

i wish wifi was included

the gym was great!!

the cocktail bar lacked atmosphere and was noisy from the adjoining dining area.

for wi-fi per day is absolutely shocking, especially as you can use other amenities such as the gym for free

the gym in on point, and they have those beds that you want to call after you leave and find out what

i would have liked to see a mini bar in the room or at least a vending machine on our floor.

hotel charges an amenity fee of $25 per room per day but gives you credits for the spa, food, and laundry service

early check in. beautiful and festive. super

daughter loved the use of the pool and the gym while i was working i felt comfortable enough with her going as

very appreciative of the early check in they accommated

the gym in particular was really new, and well equipped

we liked the fact that the hotel bar and front desk were one and the same

room was good, nice bar to relax in and good wifi.

the wifi was my only beef. pretty slow, definitely subpar. everything else was perfect.
