the staff was amazing, the place was beautiful, the pool was warm and hot tub was really nice, the bed was super comfortable i did not want to leave

room was very clean and the laundry facilities were great and conveniently located
the pool had a tarp over it in early september
i also liked how she didn't charge us a pet fee
the first two days we got there the pool wasn't open
no microwave, no fridge, laundry sucked, and complimentary coffee after 6a when i leave at 4:30

continental breakfast was outstanding; being on i25 the traffic wasn't noisy at all
parking lot was icy, front door wasn't working, no ice machine or soda machine.
the breakfast was awesome
and angela, another night auditor, allowed us to use your commercial clothes dryers to finish our laundry on several occasions during our stay due to the guest laundry dryers being inoperative
okay breakfast. attendant constantly cleaning tables and checking food.
