i was there for 6 nights and had to ask to get my room serviced

laundry room and 509 bar (excellent food and (+)a shuttle if required the breakfast is adequate with some variety while eating breakfast i did my laundry in their coin operated (+)did my laundry and room was comfortable

we were close to the airport cuz we had an early morning flight i like the fact that they had a shuttle to take us to the airport and three was wonderful that they allowed me for

convenience to airport, very comfortable beds, quiet, breakfast had healthy choices, staff

the breakfast gal was amazing as well

didn't like that i forgot my swimsuit and didn't get a chance to use the pool

behind the beds could use a good vacuuming and the pool was freezing.

the pool was open till midnight which was great for us

that it had its own kitchen. nice to cook there so we didn’t have to eat out.

beds were soft and having a kitchen and separate bedrooms was perfect for our family

like your own duplex with a fireplace and kitchen with accessories and two bedrooms

normally we stay in a hotel room and have no privacy when kids go to bed

the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our food and the

breakfast was lacking just a bit.

great location adjacent to casino, airport and shopping, including restaurants

i slept in so missed breakfast i'm sure it was great it was quiet

location. laundry on site. staff was very nice on night shift. day shift not so much.

best part is the amazing breakfast and the 24 hour pool kids had tons of fun and i would recommend this hotel to anyone just looking to take the kids for a

turns out it was the result of greasy towels in the laundry room dryer

the main pool and pool area was really nice, with tons of seating and umbrellas for shade

they had a shuttle that dropped us off downtown so we could wander about

the fridge and microwave were hidden but glad we had them as these are a must when traveling with kids

washer and dryer were out of order and i counted on being able to wash laundry before the christmas holiday

even with the entire room being spotless and laundry being completely clean, the mattress is infested with some kind of parasites

the kids weren’t phased by it but us adults and another guest had to leave and stand outside

recently have booked at the ramada inn everytime that i needed to stay at a hotel breakfast in the morning great staff and the most important the rooms and facility is nice and

hotel is a bit dated and needs some upgrades, carpet in places, laundry facility machines and cleanup

items, pool size, front desk didn't seem engaged

the breakfast was not very good.
