i watched several people sitting in the bar area go to the snack and drink area by the front desk and just get

kids were running around the hallway above us and we could hear them the whole time, but that isn't

hotel was full of kids screaming, knocking on doors . no parental or adult supervision

the front lady even gave the kids some rubber duckies to play in the pool with

hotel bar staff was very nice as well

the pool was disappointing, no laundry, no room service.

to local activities and the hotel had everything you needed as in stores, restaurant, bar and starbucks inside

room was nice, clean, comfortable bed, great tv, wifi, adequate ac, nice shower, coffee and maker, etc

the tv was glitchy and the signal to them would skip in and out. the wifi was not working.

water in the shower was not very hot at all to the point my kids wouldn't take a shower because the water was

kids running up and down the hallway for 2 hours last night.

cost over $200 (including unadvertised pet fee of $75)

staff was super sweet, the food was delicious, the pool was very nice, quiet hotel.
