cleans and early check in is awesome and very helpful for tourists who has early morning arrivals

requested an early check in since we arrived in cebu by 1am but when we arrived in the hotel we were told that

the staff was accommodating to give me an early check in thanks

location near ayala mall,the room had perfect view for sunset and thank you for early check in only the aircon

in ayala mall, there is a wash dry fold laundry service available just outside the marketplace of rustans

they even allowed us to check in earlier and that was so convenient to us coz we have small kids

able to early check in at 12nn

with kids and seda is a perfect place to stay

had a bit of trouble looking for parking spots in cebu ayala, the hotel allowed our car to park in their parking

the breakfast was nice!!! good value for the service and price

underground parking is very accessible

location very near cebu ayala, rate is reasonable and value for the money, it has ample space parking area and

excellent hotel, very good staff with good service and a very nice breakfast

desk and room service staff were very responsive, polite and efficient

what differs is the people that serve the customer and the wifi connection

wifi signal was awesome and the location is very accessible ud83eudd70 will def recommend

we stayed at the 8th floor and wifi connection was not available

have a kitchen with utensils and even pans, but they don't have any stove available

it was next to their kitchen so every time the staff has to go the door would slam

has kitchen but you cannot cook

ac in kitchen was off after 5pm or so

managed to have an early check in without to pay any additonal charge

specially if your arrival is late

could have been way better if you can give atleast 2pm late check out since we are a repeat guest
