the wifi was weak in our casita. main restaurant is still closed

our casita was amazing and we enjoyed the spa & fitness

wish the spa would stay open later, it closed at 7 pm when we were visiting so we did not have a chance to

bees at the pool were bad one day but it was remedied quickly by the pool staff

everything about this hotel: service, location, fitness facilities, golf course, pools, etc

weird thing about the property is that there is a line of bushes separating two areas of the parking lot

my kids love the swimming and breakfast menu. i love the 3 free drinks. just enough to relax on.

rooms are not automatically cleaned in the evening for longer stays. the gym was very basic.

but, we opened the kitchen cabinet to a couple really large water bugs, which was shudder, but they took care

i wish they had spa and massage services on site

just a slight annoyance - the bar didn't have mint so i couldn't get my favorite cocktail

the staff went above and beyond and had bike parking coned off for us, so there was no struggle to find parking

pool is pretty with a little mini golf place

the location was convenient for my business. the on site restaurant and bar is a joke.

noisy at night with laundry carts rolling on sidewalk and tour group talking and walking the facility at 3 a

short on towels short on toilet paper short on ice buckets the wifi sucked the room smelt

they changed laundry services so we had no towels and since we used the ones we had to mop up the water from

renovated and clean the pool is always kept up the property is kept up with staff keeping it

is pretty old and all rooms look pretty old, leaking water from faucets, not clean, pet odor , chairs and carpet

was no pet deposit, as it's expensive enough traveling with them

which isn t fun to do at 10pm with two kids

but this hotel has too many other reasons to go to the doubletree across the street with your kids

frequented the restaurant and even the bar every day and every time they were out of a lot of alcoholic beverage

next door had kids, too noisy

great location and parking was easy without all those additional charges some of the other doubletrees charged

room services were available, such as; room service, restaurant and bar closed

i traveled with my 2 puppies and i was glad you have a pet friendly rooms

gym is really poor, and with a little investment could be much more in keeping with what can be

only disadvantage would be that i would have liked to have a glass of wine or cocktail by the pool and there

2 room suite a lot of pools available to guests with a lazy river

also only one laundry service and it was older

staff provided a golf cart ride to my room and helped with luggage

did like a small town with cartoon u can see it from the lazy river many small golf tracks for kids , many pools

we were there for three weeks, it would have been nice to have a bigger refrigerator or a kitchen, but those

couldnt connect to the wifi

wifi not super reliable (kept getting bumped off network) but it was available

wish the rooms had a microwave, a more solid kitchen area

gym was too far away

didn t have breakfast. when visiting mayo it s very convenient it was very clean

great location near mayo clinic and reasonable rates. also nice staff and pool.
