there is also a well-stocked supermarket and a bar on the interesting old town square, a one minute walk from the hotel

wifi was slow depending on the time of day.

the wifi worked well too

accommodation - quiet, spacious room (we were travelling with kids) (+) was good fun for kids (+) the lobby is wonderful; we have been upgraded to a junior suite since we were with kids; breakfast was plentiful (+) the people at the bar/restaurant inside the main bldg were so attentive to our kids (-)in the pool they don't let you do anything, the kids get bored (-)the pull out couch beds were very uncomfortable even for our kids (+) the pool was a great space a bit noisy with kids, but with pleasant water temperature and nice music (+)booked a suite with a bed in the loft and open seeing our kids at checkin the receptionist offered to book us into a different suiet (same category) which (-) no music snd not much for kids in pool even though they have kids entertainer

the breakfast buffet was great & eating dinner in the bar was a nice experience

the staff was friendly, breakfast was very good, room service arrived promptly and the food was good

the view from the roof top bar is incredible

the pool, the gym, the sauna, the rooms and location were all top

some issues with the wifi speed that did not affect the overall experience

things were not finished yet in the refurb, such as the bar at the pool not being open and the gym not having the full range of weights

i missed a gym.

that it was the flushing, but we discovered in the morning that the roof was dripping water - room service did nothing about that apart from putting more towels to dry the puddle

i would recommend the clean the pool more often that will be my only bad comment

place for a family with 2 bunk beds, kids love them

teenage kids were sleeping in the bunk beds and found it hard to climb up- but i think they would be better

the room service meal was good, tasty and helpful after travelling all day

is a very small splash pool on the roof terrace which was closed, which was a shame as seville is hot

the open-air terrace on the top of the building with kitchen and pool is very useful

my wife especially loved the little pool,and relaxing area on the rooftop

there was no gym as advertised. probably wouldn't have used it on such a short stay.
