the living / kitchen area was very good and everything you needed for cooking, not that we did much of that

requested an early check in & got it no problem

when we checked in we asked for late check out but had cleaners banging on the door 5 minutes past 11 even though we agreed on 12

there was no window in the kitchen /living area leading to a lack of

we were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable beds, abundance of

wifi wasn't working but maybe that was a bonus in other ways would not make connection even though

wifi was quite patchy and not great, could be better but sufficient for our short stay

oh, and great bar too

is a grand turf fire blazing in the bar and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable

staff were lovely and hospitable. the room and bar are modern and clean.

of movement, it was so warm and comfy it was a cold day, i loved that there’s a restaurant and bar downstairs, i like the warm warm water in shower , and the comfy

beautiful bar and friendly welcoming staff

comfortable, lovely staff, easy check in /late check out, location excellent

we ate food in the bar which was delicious freshly cooked and piping hot

it’s in a good location and the food served in the bar is excellent

spa suite requires updating and the pool was cloudy looking so didn t go in otherwise was

of a bank holiday i was woken at 8am by hotel staff vacuuming outside the door and knocking for room service at 9am
