the pool was non working and the staff said the owners wont pay for the maintenance of the pool but the

breakfast, no pool, no air conditioning in the lobby and halls, no attendant on duty most of the time so more

the pool chairs were plastic and not very sturdy

it had recently rained and the one end of the parking lot was flooded

was expecting pool and breakfast, got neither, soda and snack machine empty and out of order.

the room was cute and i would love to return and try the bath house/spa services

i enjoyed all the spa amenities

come for the attached restaurant and other amenities - spa and mineral baths

no room service, windows don't open, floors are weak

the cost of using the spa/massage is reasonable if you are staying at the hotel, i'm just sorry i didn't take

breakfast was eat and go

i told the front desk lady i did not have a pet and they still charged me 15 dollar pet fee.

had a pet and they have the pet rooms and smoking rooms as the same so everything smelled like cigarettes
