the kitchenette had a kettle lead that over heated (genuinely dangerous) and no water in the fridge or

the restaurant dome was closed due to kitchen renovations and while we appreciate these things can happen, a

wifi is slow and unreliable. hard to work from this site.

the bar/ cafe had no staff at this time

with no mobile signal - a wifi call lasts 20 seconds and then stops at a cap so not possible to work / call

they need laundry facilities. there was one washer in the entire town at a different property.

rooms a bit dated, laundry coin operated

free parking, easy check-in and check-out, big room/lodge

spacious room, two double beds, free parking, coffee machine and workable wifi

rooms, good bar for food in the evening, and an excellent location for bryce canyon national park

car parking place just beside the entrance to the room, so very convenient

wifi was very fast and stable

special thanks to the maintenance man who boosted up the wifi so i could easyly download all the maps i needed

wifi connection was very poor on 1st day

friendly staff and free wifi, coffee, tea all day long

room had some nice little touches and a good shower and wifi connection
