conditioner did not work properly, room too hot to sleep, spa pool overcrowded and the water cool

super friendly and helping staff, bed was comfortable, bathroom is on point, next to a very good gym, next door to numerous restaurants, fast foods and stores

5hrs access to it, the gymn is in the car park

spa service is perfect! and room condition is perfect too.

spa - 90 mins for 10 euros/person

the wifi signal wasn't strong enough to reach our room but we were able to sit in the hall to access

for work, important for me is a comfortable bed, good shower and stable wifi, hotel america ticked all boxes

in the bar there she provided us with wonderful local beer

the wifi was good and the staff spoke english and spanish very well

the receptionist, fernando went out of his way to help us, the bar staff were friendly and also very kind

the locals coming into the bar for their first coffee were clearly more important

room with two twin sized beds and a king sized one for 2 kids, with lots of light next to the

big thanks to the lovely lady working in the bar who went over and above in food translation

location, car parking & price

upon arrival i went to my room which are located outside with private parking/garages

we liked the closed private parking, so we could leaveall the luggage in the car and access it easily

a long time since we have stayed in a hotel that provides such secure and covered parking

wifi connection being lost at nights and that blocked the expected messages reaching to me!

saying that and my partner laughs it was my first time ever ordering room service let alone breakfast being brought to the room as well and the food was outstanding and

very limited facilities, eg no room service, restaurant only open at night

the free wifi worked well, and there was a large television in the room

rooms are a bit small. gym is lacking a bit more of machines.

the minibar and room service prices are good value

the hotel was clean, fresh a great mini bar superb views and with 24hrs room service

we found a lovely restaurant/tapas bar 20 minutes walk away

the hotel offers free and paid parking, a restaurant with good menus, abundant and at a good price

the gym needs more air, water, and towels. also felt unsafe as elevator was only exit.

lack of tea/coffee gym was not inviting

- gym was ok but a bit lacking in equipment

room, perfect bathroom, welcoming staff, good location on the edge of the old town, well equipped gym (with water) and easy parking

enough space in gym to fit a sauna. sauna makes the difference.

the bar below us was really loud and there are no fans or air conditioning in the room

not very good as well, so it's easy to hear someone walking on another floor during the night / bar outside

the hotel was above a really good bar which served awesome food

the neighborhood is a bit noisy because of the bar at the corner.

also, an bar on the first floor of the same building is convenient for grabbing the coffee in the

excellent quality price, great breakfast, gym ok and sauna.
