pool was over-chlorinated, so we were unable to swim

the water was very cold, even my kids who love swimming didn't like it

having the tesla supercharger right there in the parking lot was super convenient

the staff and breakfast and easy parking and snacks we're all good.

good location, close to the old town. our granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

unfortunately there was a family with small kids next to us and we were underneath someone who walked very heavy footed

not the inns fault, but we had kids above us that were jumping and running was a bit noisy at night

laundry room next door sounds as well, plus people including employees walking by talking loudly

was incredibly friendly, free hot chocolate and tea and snacks, $1 laundry (though only 1 machine)

wifi wasn't very good definitely could improve that

were upgraded to a beautiful peaceful cottage with kitchen and 2 bedrooms 2 baths

sent me an email saying they were going to charge me $250 pet fee, but i selected a room on booking

nice location great for kids and dogs.

complementary glass of wine at the cocktail bar off the lobby was a nice touch

cocktail bar adjacent to the hotel was wonderful

water we had a water view from our room and a gas fireplace complimentary drink in the adjoining bar was a nice surprise

fact that the reason why i chose the king studio room was for the fact that it had a kitchenette in it

room cleanliness needs improvement. restaurant experience was poor. wifi kept crashing.

the hotel has a good size pool for the kids and hottub for adults
