the handicap parking spaces were all used by vehicles without handicap plates

our reservation stated that a fee of $20/ night for pet fee, they tried to charge us $30/night

clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, had a nice selection for breakfast.

the eggs and sausage at breakfast could have been lots better, were they powdered

great room, parking and location ruined by lack of attentive staff

kids swam no towels in pool area asked for towels and bedding got told i had to wait until house
