we were offered an upgrade on our accommodations and had a creekside room with fireplace and kitchen, loved it

pools close too early, would be nice to be able to use adults only areas till 11pm

the laundry machines malfunctioned at one point where i had to manually select the mode between each

the two suites were beside (and just upstairs) from the laundry facility

touches, like a clothesline in the shower where we could hang wet towels after the husband and kids enjoyed the hot tub
