the very central location, the early check in and the breakfast.

for amenities comfortable room, breakfast was very good liked that hotel would look after our luggage the day

for families as the double bed is a very thin uncomfortable sofa pullout, which we decided the kids would have

their complimentary pastries are so helpful when travelling with a family with small kids, it s very much

patchy wifi but nothing major.

very small booked hotel for the spa advertised but has been closed for months breakfast very limited so had

we went to the bar for a drink and they did not have porn star martinis, however the server was so attentive,

helpful and accommodating staff, from our arrival at reception, help with luggage, friendly bar staff and service

option for hot breakfast room service would have been amazing

dog friendly should also mean that dog owners abide by the norms of pet hygiene...

the rooms were comfortable and clean and room service excellent

ordered room service on our 2nd night and the service was good

the hotel has a good gym with a variety of equipment and i would highly recommend the breakfast

although convenient, was $30, and the breakfast was $18 per person (almost the same for young kids)

no crisps or bar snacks available which is bit weird when the kids want some crisps or peanuts.

pool & facilities were particularly fun for the kids

it s traditional in style with multiple choices of lounge areas, terrace, bar, pool table area, etc

this is out of the hotels hands unfortunately but if you have kids or are a light sleeper it'll put you off
