rooms were immaculately clean, pool and hot tub were great

the pool was nice, beds comfy, price was good, and it was pet friendly!

fire alarm about 10:30pm and weak wifi.

but earlier the kids loved it

the water pressure suckecd, pool had no towels, over head parking lot light signed in the window

tv and wifi worked fine

clean, especially at the price point, mini fridge and microwave in the room and reliable wifi

i returned the keys immediately and was forced to sleep in my car in a walmart parking lot

cleaned from previous guest, bottom of tub dirty, window so dirty you couldn't see through it, parking lot was

full time residents doing drug deals in parking lot

and bed towels were stained no one came and cleaned room or took trash tv didn't work properly no wifi

staff was helpful with early check in for us.

price was great, they provided a full breakfast and full dinner with three mixed drinks

was a strong smell of chlorine from the pool, but thats not something i would consider a deal breaker

unexpectedly, i needed the laundry and appreciated having it

my kids always have a blast here in the family fun center

lots of things to keep kids busy and right where we could walk to all the shops

we ordered room service several times and it came up quickly and was excellent

kids running up and down the halls, seemed like the walls were a bit thin.

the breakfast was good, including freshly made pancakes, biscuits and gravy

people in hallway talking loud and kids running.

internet wifi connection was awful

their breakfast was a wide verity good for all ages as well

person i spoke to to book the hotel told me there would be no pet fee

staff was courteous plenty of parking

parking was not adequate for the amount of rooms, the hotel had.

the only thing we didn't like is that they did not have a hot breakfast.
