i love the cozy fireplace that our room had.

the amenities (laundry facilities, hottubs, saunas etc) and location to bryan head resort was

being in building 2 was a little far from the pool area and had to go outside to get there

time, the staff was friendly, we also had a great view to mountains and the best thing was the parking lot in

the tub after check in at 11 (hard for long distance travelers), and the jets never worked in the spa tub

:) breakfast is from 7 to 9 but when i told the lady i needed to leave early, she had it ready for me

missing facial tissue and the continental breakfast could be better, but these are minor compared to the pluses

take note, they did not have anything on their policy that you have to bring your pets bed or she will ding

as advertized--no swimming pool for the kids, nothing to do for kids, should be advertized as especially for

breakfast hours could have been extended.

hot water, ice machines were broke, key card would not work, the pool was disgusting you talk about covid maybe

it was filthy. carpet is dirty. i chevked the laundry area and it was full of molds.
